Built by engineers who
have flown the mission.

NxElite is a distributed technology firm putting cloud, data and AI systems into stable orbit for companies that plan to keep growing.

Who we are

An engineering firm that happens to sell services.

We started in 2014 with three platform engineers and one rule: never sell capability we could not staff ourselves. Twelve years later that rule still shapes how we grow — practice by practice, each led by someone who has done the job.

Six disciplines now sit under one delivery leadership. Platform engineers, analytics engineers, ML engineers, security analysts, service managers and technical recruiters share one quality bar and one accountable lead per client.

  • Measured, not asserted. Every claim on this site has a number behind it we will happily show you.
  • No gravity wells. Your accounts, your repositories, your registry. Leaving is a one-week task.
  • Postmortems in full. When we break something, the writeup reaches you within 72 hours, unedited.

Core pillars

Guided by purpose, driven by innovation

Mission

To put every client's technology into a stable orbit — predictable, observable and cheap to hold.

Vision

A market where scaling a platform is an engineering decision, never a leap of faith.

Values

Measure before you claim. Automate before you repeat. Write it down or it did not happen.

Milestones

Twelve years, no acquisitions.

Every capability grew from a first client and an engineer who wanted to build it properly. Slower to scale, but the quality bar stays even.

14

Founded in Pennsylvania

Three platform engineers and a conviction that most cloud bills are an engineering failure, not a pricing one.

17

Data practice

Analytics engineering added after clients kept asking who owned the definition of revenue.

20

Distributed by default

Crews spread across four time zones, which turned out to be the only sane way to run support.

23

AI practice

Applied AI built on the same evaluation and governance discipline as everything else.

25

SOC 2 Type II

We ask clients for evidence, so we hold ourselves to the same standard first.

Industries

Where velocity actually matters.

We work best where shipping speed and reliability are both business metrics rather than engineering preferences.
